Installing MARY VS Code Extension
This guide walks through the process of installing the MARY VS Code Extension in your editor.
Prerequisites
- Visual Studio Code, Windsurf, or Cursor editor installed
- Internet connection for downloading the extension
- MARY CLI installed (recommended for full functionality)
Installation Methods
VS Code Marketplace (Recommended)
- Open VS Code, Windsurf, or Cursor
- Navigate to the Extensions view (Ctrl+Shift+X / ⌘+Shift+X)
- Search for "MARY"
- Click the "Install" button on the MARY extension
Manual Installation
For environments without direct access to the VS Code Marketplace:
- Download the VSIX file from our official website
